- Once you have submitted your Order Form, it means that you have agreed to all the Terms and Conditions stated.
- Failure to make payment after confirmation or backing out after placing order will render you a deadbuyer and will be blacklisted.
- We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items if you do not opt for registered mail. Hence, registered postage is highly recommended as parcel can be tracked with article number.
- We do not allow for reservations of items (first pay first served basis).
- All payments must be made within 24 hours to secure your purchase.
Exchange Policy
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges allowed unless the item received is defected and we are out of stock for an exchange piece.
- All exchanges must be done within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- There will be no exchanges if the apparel has been washed.
- If the item received is defected, kindly notify us immediately via email with a photo of the defect.
